Traveling Distance
Service locations include the following cities:

San Francisco, Brisbane, Pacifica, Daly City, Colma, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae, Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo, Foster City, Belmont, San Carlos, Redwood City

No travel fee if you are located within these cities. If you are located outside of this vicinity, you are subject to a travel fee of $1.50 per mile.
Age Restriction
Must be 18 years of age or older to receive any services.
Sickness or Emergency
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety, artist's safety and that of other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed that you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one- time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or an emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
Cancellation
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior either by text, email or both. There will be no charge if appointment is cancelled before 24 hours of scheduled appointment and deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel the day of your scheduled appointment, deposit will not be refunded and you are subject to pay 50% of the remaining balance of your service.
No Show
If you are a no show the day of your scheduled appointment, deposit will not be refunded and you are subject to pay the remaining balance of your service.
Tardiness
There is a 15 minute grace period after each scheduled appointment time. If an additional 15 minutes is required, you are subject to a $10.00 late fee. If you are over 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit will not be refunded, and you are subject to pay the remaining balance of your service.
Refund
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact Mahal Lashes within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done, it will be done so with a complimentary 45 minute touch-up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will no longer qualify for a potential complimentary touch up.
